Full Moon Owl Dreams

Bright Full Moon Blessings!

I had a big owl goddess medicine dream last night that feels ripe for sharing. Happy for any insights as I do my blessed to bridge it through as a public myth.

Fresh Dream Report- ‘Ritual of Pallas Athena’

In the dreamtime I find myself in a very esoteric ritual with myself and 8 other priestesses. We’re all hooded and cloaked in brown, white, and tan robes, and there’s a golden orb upon the altar.

We’re all facing in the orb in a V shape .We’re in a forest, and it’s night. The Full Moon is above us. I cannot see any of the priestess’ faces, only the face of the moon.

I stretch my arms wide before the sky and as I do so, I feel how I’ve grown brown and white wings! As I begin to move them I can not only direct the wind with precision, but also I receive the air as a subtle sensation through each fiber of my feathers.

My wings are HUGE! And wide. I stretch them out.

The priestesses behind me are singing now. They’re singing in an ancient language that somehow I understand in the dream. It’s a melody that sounds haunting, and filled with grief.

Yet also, the song is of wisdom, of bravery, and ultimately an expression of deep and undending love.

Now, this part is harder to explain, because in the dream… I die.

Yes, as I wrap my wings around my self and tuck my head into my heart, I feel myself die and then as my body spirals inward I fully transform into an OWL and I’m soaring into the moon as I awaken.

As I return into the waking world, I’m given a message from the Owl Goddess. She says it’s very important to remember that the only true connection to creator we have is a direct relationship within self and in tandem with nature, not through others.

And then, owl goddess spirit says that as a leader, it’s important that when others look to us for guidance, We die unto ourselves, become like the owl to fly directly towards the moon.

Also when I awake from this dream, 3 magickal synchronicities happen.

1. I end up being contacted by a 20+ year online follower who was asks me for a copy of a transmission of the goddess I had posted once and then deleted.

After some searching, I wasn’t able to send it to him and so directed him instead to his direct relationship with the goddess within himself, and to rememeber it’s the meaning that’s the medicine, not the message! LOL

2. Then, I ended up in an astrology chat with my mom about the asteroid Pallas Athena, who happens to be sitting directly with my Venus and Chiron is you betcha GEMINI, the home of our current Full Moon. We discussed how I’ve been meditating on the Aegis shield, and now I’m learning about Pallas Athena’s helmet. Who’s Athena’s animal? The OWL.

3. I just made a petition to the dreammaker at my altar of the winged goddess for guidance about my next steps in life the night before! Um.Thank you Goddess. Message heard loud n clear!
